Ingredients:
1 (8oz) pkg of egg noodles
1-1/2 lb ground buffalo burger
1/2 c finely chopped onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2 c milk
1-1/3 c diced Velvetta Cheese
3/4 c chopped stuffed olives
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 pkg of chow mein noodles
1 can of mushroom pcs (optional) |
Cook pkg of egg noodles as directed and drain. Leave noodles in drainer and use pan to brown buffalo burger with onion. Add cooked noodles, cream of mushroom soup, milk, diced Velvetta cheese, chopped stuffed olives, and optional mushrooms. Cook on low till Velvetta cubes have melted thouroughly. Stir often. Pour into large casserole, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Remove cover, prinkle chow mein noodles on top & heat another 10 minutes. This amount should serve 8-10 people.
I Split amount into two casseroles and freeze one for later.
Just thaw (or defrost in microwave) before putting into oven. Heat thoroughly with foil ontop at 350 degrees - add chowmein noodles and bake an additional 10 min. |
